- 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 1⁄4 cup chives, snipped
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 crostini
- In a food processor, process cheese, sun dried tomatoes, chives and oil until smooth.
- Spread each crostini with goat cheese mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and broil until browned and melted, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve.
