  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  2. Toss in the pecan and stir until glazed (over a low flame).
  3. Add the bourbon and continue to heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Cool.
  5. Cover and store at room temperature until needed.

Very easy and tasty. I doubled the recipe and added about 1/2 tsp of coarse salt since I am going to use them for finger food at a Christmas party.
