Use these Bourbon Pecans nuts in desserts, to garnish ice cream or on cheese trays.
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Toss in the pecan and stir until glazed (over a low flame).
- Add the bourbon and continue to heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Cover and store at room temperature until needed.
Very easy and tasty. I doubled the recipe and added about 1/2 tsp of coarse salt since I am going to use them for finger food at a Christmas party.
