This is a great summer cocktail made with rum, mango nectar and pineapple juice.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces rum
- 1 1⁄2 ounces mango nectar
- 3 1⁄2 ounces pineapple juice
- Fill highball glass with ice. Add rum and mango nectar. Top off with pineapple juice.
- Stir. Garnish with slice of fresh pineapple.

This was really good and refreshing. The mango nectar added such a wonderful sweetness that blended well with the pineapple juice. I think maybe next time I'll add a bit more mango nectar though, for a slightly stronger mango taste. Thanks, mary winecoff. Made for ZWT7, Mischief Makers.
