Directions

  1. Heat milk in a pan and thicken with the flour.
  2. Beat in the cup of powdered sugar.
  3. Beat the last 3 ingredients until consistency of whipped cream.
  4. Add milk and beat again til right consistency.
  5. Refrigerate frosting until cool.
  6. Cake should be refrigerated!
