Go Bananas Banana Bread!

"I don't remember where I found this recipe, but I'm 300% in love with it! It makes a little more than 2 loaves (maybe 2 loaves and about a dozen small muffins?) This is my go-to recipe anytime I have bananas getting too ripe, or need something quick to take somewhere! It's really moist, and you can add extras too!"

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and mashed bananas together.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix well.
  • Add your extras, if you want.
  • Pour into 2 greased, or parchment lined, bread pans approximately 2/3 full.
  • Bake for approximately 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
  • (For extra batter, pour into lined muffin pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until done.).
