- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup gluten flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mckay's poultry seasoning
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 1⁄2 cups boiling water
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Dissolve McKay's seasoning, soy sauce and olive oil in boiling water.
- Add to dry ingredients, all at once.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Bake in 9x13 pan for 45 min covered, then an additional 15 min uncovered.
