ingredients
- 236.59 ml peanut butter
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 1 egg
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 44.37 ml sugar
directions
- Add peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, egg & vanilla until well blended. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls & roll into remaining sugar. Place on cookie sheet, flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
- These would be easy to make egg free just use any egg substuite.

These really are extremely yummy. I have had friends shocked when they found out it was Gluten free and for that matter flour free. They actually told me they liked these better than regular peanut butter cookies. I can't keep my teenage niece and nephew away from them when I make them so you know they must be good if teenagers rave about them as well.

My son has started on a Gluten free diet and I understand how overwelming it can be when you are just starting on the diet.
