I didn't think these were that great. I'm not gluten free so maybe that has something to do with it. The sugar made the cookies feel like I was eating sand. However, they didn't taste bad and they were very easy to make. Overall, they were just okay for being what they are.
These really are extremely yummy. I have had friends shocked when they found out it was Gluten free and for that matter flour free. They actually told me they liked these better than regular peanut butter cookies. I can't keep my teenage niece and nephew away from them when I make them so you know they must be good if teenagers rave about them as well.
Whoohoo! These are the absolute best! No WAY any one woud ever know these are made without any flour! I was totally skeptical about the serving size, but I too came out with a couple more cookies :) Fabulous!
Outstanding recipe! I served this to a group of teenagers and they raved about the cookies. I actually got 24 cookies out of the batter. Leave plenty of room between the cookies - they spread during baking.
