Yummy, moist quick bread recipe. Gluten, dairy, refined sugar, and nut free bread that the whole family will love.

  1. Pre heat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 3 loaf pan.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. In another bowl mix all wet ingredients, except peaches.
  5. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until well blended.
  6. Gently fold in the peaches.
  7. Pour into prepared pan. Place pan on center rack of oven. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until tooth pick inserved into center comes out clean.
  8. Let sit in pan on cooling rack at least 15 minutes before slicing.
