      I can't believe I forgot to review this! I used this recipe last year to make green bean casserole since my hubby has gone gluten free. These onions were fabulous, I could not stop eating them just plain. Everyone RAVED about my casserole (including everyone who eats a gluten-full diet). They were so good I made them for Thanksgiving AND Christmas. I am making them again right now! I used mostly sweet onion but a little bit of just regular yellow onion too. Also, I did not have white rice flour so I subbed gluten free baking mix. So yummy, thank you!!!

      Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I make green bean casserole every year at Thanksgiving, especially for my sister who always raves about it. This year she is gluten free and I didn't want her to miss out on it. That's when I found this recipe. EVERYONE said it was better than ever with these onions. I don't think I'll buy the prepared onions ever again!
