Good gluten free flour from 'the gluten free pantry' that i use often and get quite sufficient results.
- Mix all together and use instead of wheat flour.
- Suitable for recipes not requiring a lot of gluten (ie. not for making perfect, fluffy breads or cakes needing a perfecting touch[like wedding cakes]) Store in a container and put into the fridge.
