Here is a mixture that looks and feels like regular wheat flour and that is how I use it. It works well for bread as well but works very well in mixtures like cakes, pancakes, waffles, etc.

  1. put all ingredients together except for gum.
  2. slowly mix together and slowly add the gum to as you mix.
  3. Store as you would regular flour.
