- 473.18 ml rice flour
- 118.29 ml potato flour
- 118.29 ml maize cornflour
- 78.78 ml soya flour
- 14.78 ml guar gum
- 157.80 ml powdered milk
- 59.14 ml caster sugar or 14.79 ml molasses
- 7.39 ml salt
- 9.85 ml dried active dry yeast
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 29.58 ml whole linseeds (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 350 ml warm water
- 59.16 ml safflower oil (1/3 cup)
- 4.92 ml cider vinegar
directions
- Add dry ingredients to breadmaker.
- Add yeast to warm water with 1 tsp sugar.
- Beat eggs, molasses, vinegar and oil together.
- Add yeast/water mix to egg mixture and stir.
- Add wet ingredients to breadmaker.
- Cook on the rapid bake setting (2 hrs).
- Store in a plastic bag.
- Loaf should stay fresh for 2-3 days.
