I've been drooling over the photo Paula posted to this recipe since I first saw it - and now I have made them...they taste every bit as good as they look. I didn't add the guar gum and used margarine instead of the shortening (we dont have ready access to US style shortening in Aus). Great recipe - I truely wish I could give more than 5 stars!
