This recipe is more like the commerical Baking Powder you buy in the supermarkets.
- 85 g gluten-free cornflour
- 100 g bicarbonate of soda
- 60 g cream of tartar
- 60 g tartaric (from the chemist/drug store)
- Mix all the ingredients together and pass through a fine sieve two or three times.
- Store in an airtight container in a dry place.
