Cheesy, creamy and delicious. I lightened it up by using light sour cream and for the soup, I used Specialty Soup Substitutes - Cream using skim milk. It still was great! Thanx for sharing this one!

Big hit with my DH :) He loves anything with potatoes. I used Cream Of Mushroom Soup in place of the store brought soup and I only used 1c sour cream. Turned out delicious! Thanks for sharing

This recipe had the most wonderful flavor! Since my husband doesn't eat sour cream, I substituted creme fraiche for it. I also added in a small amount of smoked sausage that I needed to use up. I cooked the sausage first to get most of the grease out before adding it in. The sauce was wonderful and we totally enjoyed this recipe. Thanks so much for sharing it!

This was very good and is by all means something I will fix again. I reduced the size, an call me crazy but I served this along with fish. Being I was doing three new recipes today wanted to make sure if something wasn't good we would have enough food to eat. I too will try to freeze some for future use. I always try to do something I am sure of on days that I try new recipes but today, I just went wild and had all new recipes. Great food too!

This was easy to prepare and disappeared like it was free money. The whole family loved it. I wouldn't add any other vegetables to it. I sprinkled the top of it with crumbled cooked bacon before baking. Thanks for the recipe!

If you like potato soup, you'll love this. I don't like potato soup, but the rest of the family does! It wasn't bad. Personally, I think it would be great with some peas and carrots added in. And I was a little shy on the potato, but still managed to overflow my 9X13 pan... Also be warned, use a BIG pot to combine all the ingredients...think about it...10 chopped potatos, 4 cups ham, 2 cups sour cream...etc...that's a whole lotta food! However, I've portioned it out, and am freezing it for when hubby needs a fix. It should freeze well, I hope!
