Very easy, great tasting chops. You can see you can vary the taste by changing the soup. My personal fav is the golden mushroom.
- 6 pork chops
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄3 cup water
- In skillet, brown chops. Pour off fat.
- Stir in soup, water.
- Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or until tender.
- Stir occasionally.
I love this recipe.I have made it for over 30 years,I serve with mashed potatoes and I deglaze the pan with alittle milk instead of water. Thanks for posting it. School cooker
