This is delicious! After I added the brown sugar and butter, mine caramelized in about 3 minutes instead of 5-6. I cut my scallions to about 4-5 inches each. Very quick and easy to make.

  1. Clean scallions,cutting only the very ends.
  2. In a skillet add scallions,cover with water and boil 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain and add butter and sugar.
  4. Reduce heat and cook 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
