I am always looking for new ways to do sausages since we have a lot of moose sausages. You can use this with any type of sausage you like. It sure puts a nice taste on the sausage.

What a nice way to spice up the franks! I used 2 lb of mini frankfurters and added 1/4 tsp cayenne. Yum! Good as it is, but some sliced onions would brown nicely along with the sausages and get glazed with the lot, as well.

  1. Brown sausages.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until liquid is somewhat reduced and sausages look glazed.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
