One of the best roast lamb recipes I have ever had. This is at the top of my list to make again we enjoyed it so much! The fresh herbs are best to use and blended so well together!

Excellent roast lamb! I made this as written but doubed the garic. The meat was super tender and juicy and the favor was excellent. I will use this recipe again in the future. Thanx for posting.

Made this for our seder this evening with a bone-in spring lamb shoulder, and it was excellent. I added a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the honey and lemon juice and a bit of everything fresh from the herb garden. I also cut a few whole heads of garlic in half and put those at the bottom of the roasting pan. Excellent.

This is makes such a nice tender and flavorful roast! This combination of herbs is quite fragrant and seasons the lamb so nicely. I added few potatoes to the roasting pan and roasted my 5 pound lamb until the internal temperature reached 170 degrees. I will definitely make this again! Thanks, megsmom!
