  1. Our first time eating parsnips and they were really good, but maybe a little bit too sweet for our tastes. Will make these again but cut back on the sugar a little bit.

  2. Very nice flavor. I cooked the parsnips, put them into a baking dish and 1/2 hour before dinner poured the glaze on them and baked them in a 350 oven for 25 minutes. Thanks Martina for another good parsnip recipe 18 May Made the recipe again - enjoyed it as much as before!

  3. Very fast, easy and nice-tasting side-dish for a busy work night. Thank you! I substitued with Splenda brown sugar blend and light butter, and they still came out great. I also added some baby carrots to the parsnips and the combo was a big hit. I'll try the suggestion of baking them afterwards, that might "set" the glaze more, but we were very happy with the way they came out this first time!

  4. These had a nice flavour but however I found that it never really formed a glaze on the veggies. I did enjoy them and will make them again. Thank-you for a new way to make parsnips.
