My friend made these for dinner one night, and I liked them so much that I asked for the recipe. They are easy and delicious. Hope you like them also!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 14 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh (or 1 tsp. dried parsley)

Directions

  1. Cover carrots with water, bring to boil.
  2. Simmer until crisp tender.
  3. Melt butter, stir in orange juice concentrate, parsley and sugar.
  4. Pour over carrots.
  5. Cook and stir until glaze thickens.
