A very easy recipe to make. Serving some of the sauce after the meatloaf is sliced is a great idea. Served it with scalloped potatoes. Meatloaf and Scallope Potatoes is my husbands favorite birthday meal. Thanks for posting.
This is a really good meatloaf. I liked the touch of sweetness from the brown sugar glaze. Can't wait to make it again. LisaA, thanks for a great recipe.
This meatloaf has a very good flavor and it makes a nice looking dish. I recommend this for someone who doesn't like the traditional style meatloaf. I have made this recipe twice within one week. My family loves this ,and their not big meatloaf eaters.
This was a good meatloaf. It turned out moist and mostly flavorful. I had a few pieces that just didn't catch the sauce. I think I would rather coat the bottom of the bundt pan in the sauce rather than try to poke holes and infuse the flavor into the loaf. I would also like to increase the sauce amount. Since I used 2 lbs. of meat, I increased the other ingredients. I forgot to tell the hubby to increase the sauce when he made it. This is very yummy with buttered mashed potatoes and veggies!
This is a really good meatloaf recipe. I'd give it 5 stars, but my family still like the ketcup on top of their meatloaf. I did like the texture with the oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs. Maybe next time I'll change the topping.
This meatloaf had a good flavor and texture. I followed the directions exactly. I felt it was a just a little too sweet for my taste, but we enjoyed it. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans. Good comfort food! Thanks LisaA.
