ingredients
- 473.18 ml whole cashews
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 9.85 ml butter
- 2.46 ml vanilla extract
directions
- combine cashews, sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.stir until sugar turns a rich golden color --
- remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- spread on a greased baking sheet.to cool.

very easy to make, but I found it to be overly sweet. This would be an ideal quick, easy snack to put together for all those sweet tooths out there !
