One of my favorite ways to prepare carrots. "Yummo!"
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- Cook carrots until soft.
- While carrots cook, mix together all other ingredients.
- When carrots are soft, drain excess water and then add sauce and keep on low heat until sauce is warm and butter is melted.
Trying to diet and I wanna be skinny, but I also want to have pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You feel me? Exceptionally good!
