      Cook carrots until soft.

      While carrots cook, mix together all other ingredients.

      When carrots are soft, drain excess water and then add sauce and keep on low heat until sauce is warm and butter is melted.

      I made these for my dad over Thanksgiving. He's the only one in the family that likes cooked carrots, therefore, mom doesn't make them for him. He loved these. Ate them all himself. Thanks for the great recipe!!

      Extremely easy and delicious carrots. I've always loved Dijon with carrots. Carrots are my DS#2's favorite veggie, so he just loved them......and helped to make them, too. Thanx for posting this simple recipe; we'll use it again.
