Add to white wine or juice, heat gently, and hey presto - glögi or mulled wine, quickly and conveniently!
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Sieve the mixture and store in the fridge.
- Use 100-200 ml of the spice mixture per one (750 ml) bottle of white wine (or equal amount of fruit or berry juice): mix and heat gently.
