Amazing! We used only whole wheat flour, substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil, used 1/2 cup pure maple syrup + 1/4 cup honey, and used ginger puree. Thanks for the recipe!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the maple syrup, molasses, oil, and ginger.
  4. Stir together gently until just mixed.
  5. Scoop spoon-sized portions onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
