Ingredients: 946.36 ml corn (I use frozen, cooked drained and chilled); 1-1 red bell pepper, diced; 1-1 orange bell peppers or 1-1 green bell pepper, diced; 1-1 red onion, diced; 425.24 g can black beans, drained; 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese; 236.59 ml mayonnaise; 35.43 g packet taco seasoning; 236.59 ml corn chips, crushed (I use Fritos)

ingredients

946.36 ml corn (I use frozen, cooked drained and chilled)
1-1 red bell pepper, diced
1-1 orange bell peppers or 1-1 green bell pepper, diced
1-1 red onion, diced
425.24 g can black beans, drained
236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
236.59 ml mayonnaise
35.43 g packet taco seasoning
236.59 ml corn chips, crushed (I use Fritos)

directions

Mix taco seasoning and mayonnaise and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients, except Fritos. Mix dressing with corn mixture. Stir in crushed Fritos right before serving.
