    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4-6

    Yield:

    cups

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

      Put everything except the one cup hot water and cornstarch in a large dutch oven.

      Simmer for 3-4 hours.

      Run liquid through a strainer and return to pan.

      Discard solids.

      Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to liquid.
    6. 6
      Whisk constantly for three minutes or until thickened.
