- In a blender container, place all ingredients, cover.
- Blend until combined.
You can curb the calories by cutting the vanilla ice cream in half(or alltogether) with chilled vanilla soy-milk or freeze the vanilla soymilk in ice cube trays and grind it up in the blender if you can't find any vanilla soy ice cream ( it doesnt take anything away from the taste, belive me - if anything it makes it creamier.)
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!! This was, OH SO GOOD!! I made it about 10 minutes back, 12am! Have made it to offer it to a little girl coming home tomorrow afternoon. I couldn't stop myself from tasting it. YUM! I love the kick of ginger in this shake- extremely gingerly!! WONDERFUL COMBO of ingredients, wish we could cut down on those calories in some way, though. I'd like to stress that before serving this(it made 1 serving), one must ensure that the glass has plenty of ice cubes in it. Pour this over the ice and have on a hot summer afternoon by the poolside or on the beach! YUM!!! There goes Charishma, floating into dreamland, lol :)
