You can curb the calories by cutting the vanilla ice cream in half(or alltogether) with chilled vanilla soy-milk or freeze the vanilla soymilk in ice cube trays and grind it up in the blender if you can't find any vanilla soy ice cream ( it doesnt take anything away from the taste, belive me - if anything it makes it creamier.)
