  1. I was looking for something new to do with Flank Steak and boy, did I find a winner! I have to admit that I was a little worried how it would turn out because it was so simply marinated. But the sauce that you make to baste the steak and drizzle over when it's done really makes the dish! Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe Barb!

  2. This was awesome! I madeit just like the above recipe except that I used a London Broil because I didn't have any flank steak on hand and it turned out amazingly juicy and flavorful. I highly recommend this recipe.

  3. This is supposed to serve 4? Someone tell my husband that! I had a 1 1/4 lb. flank steak and he ate most of it. I made this as Barb posted and it's fast, easy and delicious. Bonus...my daughter doesn't like beef so I threw in a chicken breast and cooked it the same way as the steak and she LOVED it! When the pickiest eater that God has put on earth, who 'dissects' her food, says 'Great Meal Mom', well, that gets 5 stars! Thanks Barb, this was great and will be made again (probably tomorrow the way DH and DD are going on about it!)
