Mmmmm, delicious! What a great coffee. I enjoyed this very much and it's so easily made with things that I always have on hand. I slivered a tiny piece of candied ginger and used it on top of the cream. Made for Comfort Cafe, Jan '10.

I decided to begin my morning with this delightful pot of coffee! What a treat! The fresh brewed aroma filled the air tempting my taste buds so that it was difficult to wait until the entire pot was ready. I made exactly as directed (omitting the whipped cream for my breakfast cup) by our own famous MizzNezz! Thanks so much for posting, MizzNezz : )

The best spiced coffee ever - I made a test batch last week and served this at our Chrismas Morning Brunch. It was spicy but we like it that way and also found that Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee mate made a nice addition. Thanks !

This coffee was wonderful MizzNezz, thanks so much for sharing. I loved all the flavours in this treat. I added more candied ginger and orange rind to the coffee. I used whipped cream and garnished it with shredded candied ginger, orange rind and ground cinnamon. It was very tasty.

This lovely coffee smells and tastes delicious! One to remember for the holidays.I used some really good Penzey's ginger and chopped it very finely, but it still didn't have much ginger flavor, so would suggest increasing the amount if ginger flavor is the goal. That said, this coffee really was wonderful on its own. I added some soy milk and stevia, my normal coffee partners, and enjoyed the entire pot. Thanks, Sharon, for sharing the recipe!

A wonderful variation on flavored coffee. When I think of ginger, cinnamon and orange, I think tea not coffee, but here they really do work well together. Like Geema, I did not think the ginger stood out as much as the orange or cinnamon - but you did know there was something else there. Instead of whipped cream, I served mine with some soymilk heated and whipped with my frother for a latte type drink. This would go so well with a nice pound cake or angel food cake. Thanks Sharon.

Now that I've made this delicious coffee, I am completely ruined to be able to enjoy plain or artificially flavored beans. It's sooo delicious. My crystalized ginger must have been old because I didn't taste much of that bitey, sweet flavor, but I did't miss it. The orange zest and cinnamon perfumed the coffee perfectly. I wonder what a spoonful of cocoa powder would taste like added to the mix? I think I'll give that a try next time I decide to make myself or my guests a special treat. Sharon I love this recipe...thanks!

Very tasty cold weather coffee. Nice blend of flavors for my taste. I did skip the cinnamon stick (none on hand). This will definatly end the night the next time we have people over for dinner.

Recipe was very easy to make. I was unable to find candied ginger so I used Australian Crystalized Ginger instead (it has a strong ginger taste). I found that there wasn't a nice blending all tastes, I expected to taste orange and ginger and cinnamon, but tasted more cinnamon than anything. I will make this recipe again but will add more orange zest and ginger. I used a homemade whipped topping (#80157) I used splenda to keep the carb count down. It was very good, just not as expected.
