      Excellent meal and very easy to make. This would also be a wonderful dish to grill and then serve on a bed of salad with a lemon dressing!

      Nice and gingery and peppery! it has quite a nice bite, we loved it and it was soooo easy to put together and quick to cook. I will be making this again, thanks for posting.

      This came out nice, just seemed to be missing something for my personal taste, i added 1/2 tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of rosemarry, we enjoyed it that way serving on a bed of tomatoes and green peppers, thanks for sharing :)

      Great way to stay on a diet, this is very flavorful. I've eaten this chicken alone, in a low carb tortilla wrap, mixed with broccoli and stir fried, or on a salad.

      Great recipe! The chicken (or in this case I used turkey breast cutlets) came out really flavorful... I took Rose's advice and ate it on a salad - wonderful!
