  • Combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and bring gently to boil.
  • Remove from heat and add butter and chocolate in small pieces; stir until butter and chocolate melt and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add spices, mix.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
  • Shape into balls with moistened hands. Roll in cocoa powder.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
