- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml sugar
- 25 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate (high-quality)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- cocoa powder
directions
- Combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and bring gently to boil.
- Remove from heat and add butter and chocolate in small pieces; stir until butter and chocolate melt and the mixture is smooth.
- Add spices, mix.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
- Shape into balls with moistened hands. Roll in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator.
