These were marvelous! Had no apple juice, so I subbed milk and did half oil, half applesauce (didn't have as much as I thought!). I think these will be a new favourite, especially for Christmas morning! Made for PAC Spring '12

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Stir together dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Mix only until batter is lumpy.
  4. Pour into muffin pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min until set.
  6. Let cool.
