ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) packet gingernut biscuits, crushed
- 125 g cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Refridgerate for an hour.
- Roll into small balls and coat in melted white chocolate.
