Zingy, but not spicy... A wonderful alternative to the more traditional truffle. From Grandma's cookbook.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) packet gingernut biscuits, crushed
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 12 cup desiccated coconut
  • 12 cup icing sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Refridgerate for an hour.
  3. Roll into small balls and coat in melted white chocolate.
