Perfect, not too strong or weak. I used the cup option and added honey to sweeten. Good to relive stomach cramps. I will make this again.
I love ginger drinks and this was easy with good results! I used about an inch of ginger which I grated, put in the pot with the water and brought to a boil. I added lemon and a little honey to the cup. Thanks! Made for Comfort Cafe-Jan. 2010.
