I use this recipe a lot it is easy to make and very moorish.
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 large shelled green shrimp
- Mix spice and oil.
- stir in shrimp and marinate at least 1 hour.
- Saute in non stick pan or grill on BBQ.
- Serve with Lime wedges.
