It was good, but needed salt or soy sauce to downplay the sweetness of all the fruit. It was also just a bit too tangy for me, but my family loved it.

  1. Drain pineapple, and oranges reserving juice, set fruit aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, and juices until smooth, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, or`wok, stir-fry beef and ginger in oil until meat is no longer pink.
  4. Add cranberry sauce, onions, and pineapple.
  5. Stir cornstarch mixture and gradually add to skillet.
  6. Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
  7. Gently stir in oranges.
  8. Serve with rice.
