- 453.59 g wide lo mein noodles
- 88.74 ml smooth peanut butter
- 44.37 ml soy sauce
- 44.37 ml toasted sesame oil
- 44.37 ml boiling water
- 44.37 ml ginger preserves
- 2.46 ml dried red pepper flakes
- 9.85 ml sesame seeds
- 19.71 ml rice vinegar
- 2 scallions, chopped
directions
- Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients except scallions (or process in a blender) until smooth. Toss noodles gently with sauce then top with scallions. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
