    Salmon is my favourite fish. This is an easy recipe, it's quick for the weekday meal and it has lots of flavour.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Mix butter, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
    2. 2
      Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
    3. 3
      Add salmon and dot with half the butter mixture.
    4. 4
      Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side.
    5. 5
      Turn, dot with remaining butter and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

      Garnish with lime slices.

      We loved this recipe. I cooked 2- 5 oz steaks used 3 tbsp butter. Mixed the butter and the spices together early in the day. Pan fried the steaks Mmmm Good
