This is going into my Best of 2012 Cookbook. Everything was just right! To those who think it needs to marinate longer, remember citrus will start to "cook" the fish and make it tough if left too long to marinate. Thanks for this keeper!

Hey! A recipe I didn't have to mutate for food allergies! Whoot!

This was really good stuff. The flour was kinda messy, but the combination of orange juice (fresh squeezed, since I had some clementines on hand), ginger, and garlic was delightful.

First, I would like to thank you for your lovely 5-star review of my Mexican Vegetarian Casserole. And, yes, I also use it as a dip for various chips/crackers. To show my appreciation for trying one of my recipes, I have made this recipe. This absolutely delightful tilapia was a hit for my husband and I. While this is a quick and easy recipe, it still produced a very flavorful fish. I did, however, marinate it for about 1 hour. We found the orange juice, ginger and garlic was a perfect compliment to the tilapia. Wonder recipe, I Cook Therefore I Am, thanks for sharing.
