Ginger-Miso Dipping Sauce

"This dipping sauce is from Favorite Island Cookery Book I. It is a sauce to accompany fried tofu. This recipes calls for 1/4 teaspoon of Ajinomoto (MSG) but I always leave it out."

  1. Very good! I actually used this as a salad dressing rather than a dipping sauce, and was pleased. The subtle favors blend together very well and only get better if left in the fridge over night. Thanks ellestrange! Great recipe!
