- 3 cups chopped peeled ripe mangoes
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 (16 ounce) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Place in blender.
- Process until smooth.
Left off the ginger and used mango juice in place of the water. Everyone loved it. So refreshing and yummy... thanks
