      So glad to find this. One of my fondest memories is coming home from school to a pan of fresh, warm ginger bread, (nothing fancy) and a glass of cold milk. This is as close as I've come. Thanks again.

      I like the mellow combo of the honey and molasses. The ginger is not overpowering. I did have to bake this for an additional 20 minutes more than stated in the recipe but my oven has been acting wacky.
