Made from fresh ginger leaves that were dried.
- 1⁄2 cup ginger (ginger leaves, dried and crumbled)
- 3⁄4 cup dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Mix crumbled ginger leaves, parsley, garlic powder, cumin, mustard seeds, sea salt and sugar together.
- To use, wash and dry fish or chicken lightly; rub with vegetable oil; sprinkle with herb mixture.
