chia, I really enjoyed this dish! I could not find pineapple preserves so I subbed apricot-pineapple preserves. It cooked up nice in 15 minutes and came out nice and flaky. Thanks for a good one!

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Add fillets.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over salmon to cover.
  5. Cook about 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
