  • 4 ounces garlic, chopped
  • 4 ounces fresh gingerroot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (approximately or as needed)
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 pinch turmeric (optional)

  • In a food processor, combine the garlic, ginger, salt and optional pinch turmeric. Pulse to blend, adding small amounts of olive oil to facilitate the blending, until it makes a smooth paste. Refrigerate or freeze.

  1. For one serving to make Recipe #425239 I used 1 large garlic clove and a similar amount of ginger. I used extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and the optional turmeric for some colour. I did not use a food processor but did it this way: http://www.howdini.com/howdini-video-6688064.html. Made for ZWT6 Asian region, for my team, The Ya Ya Cookerhood.
